Struxite was started because UK construction, civils and infrastructure contractors deserve better than spreadsheet sprawl and systems that were not built around UK contractor workflows.
Why we exist
Many UK contractors with 10–100 staff still run plant hire from Excel, email and WhatsApp. The result is paying for kit that should already have left site, supplier spend buried in PDFs and month-end work rebuilt by hand.
Many alternatives are either broad enterprise platforms or tools built for hire companies rather than contractors managing hired-in plant. That leaves a real gap.
Struxite fills that gap. UK-built, UK-hosted, monthly subscription, cancel any time. The product has to keep earning its place every month. That is the whole bargain.

Hosted in Microsoft Azure UK regions. UK data residency and UK support hours. Deterministic exports are available for downstream finance work.

Built on industry knowledge
SiteOps was shaped by conversations with plant managers and operations leads running UK sites. The recurring problems were idle plant left running on charges, supplier invoices that did not match expected charges, and month-end work rebuilt from spreadsheets and PDFs.
What we won't do
- No long-term contracts. Monthly billing only. If the product stops earning its place, you should be able to leave the next month.
- No upfront fees. No setup fee and no implementation fee. The price on the pricing page is the price.
- No exit traps. Export your data on the way in and on the way out. No exit fee.
- No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party scripts on this site or in the product.
- No buzzword AI. If we ship an AI feature, it will sit behind a clear accept, reject or edit step. Nothing writes to your data without a person deciding.
