About
Operations software UK contractors actually want to use.
Struxite was started because UK construction, civils and infrastructure contractors deserve better than spreadsheet sprawl, generic ERPs and US platforms that bill in dollars and lock you in for three years.
Why we exist
Most UK contractors with 10–100 staff run plant, jobs and timesheets from Excel, email and WhatsApp. The result is paying for kit that should already have left site, supplier spend buried in PDFs and a month-end that takes two people a week to close.
The market response, today, is one of two things. Either a US enterprise platform with a five-figure setup fee and a multi-year contract, or a tool built for hire companies that doesn't fit a contractor's workflow. Neither earns the work it asks for.
Struxite is the third option. UK-built, UK-hosted, monthly subscription, cancel any time. The product has to keep earning its place every month — that's the whole bargain.
How we work
-
Earn the next month, every month
No upfront fees, no multi-year contracts, monthly billing, cancel any time. If we stop earning it, you stop paying for it.
-
Public roadmap
The roadmap is public. Customers can see what's planned, comment on priorities and follow what ships. A tracked commitment is worth more than a marketing-page promise.
-
Direct line to the team
Customers work directly with the people who build the product. No support tiers, no scripted responses. If something is wrong, you talk to whoever can fix it.
-
UK-hosted, UK-supported
Hosted in Microsoft Azure UK regions. UK data residency, UK support hours, a UK phone number. Sage, Xero and QuickBooks integrations built around UK accounting first.
-
Small team
A small team that builds, supports and answers the phone. No layered support tiers, no offshore handoffs.
Built on industry knowledge
SiteOps was designed around conversations with plant managers and ops leads who've been running UK sites for over a decade. The problems it solves — plant that should have left site weeks ago, supplier invoices that don't match what was ordered, month-ends that take two people a week to close — came straight from the people dealing with them.
What we won't do
- No long-term contracts. Monthly billing only. If the product stops earning its place, you should be able to leave the next month.
- No upfront fees. No setup fee, no implementation fee, no per-integration charge. The price on the pricing page is the price.
- No data hostage. Export your data on the way in and on the way out. No exit fee.
- No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party scripts on this site or in the product.
- No buzzword AI. If we ship an AI feature, it does work — like flagging idle plant or parsing a hire request out of an email. Not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard.
