SiteOps is built for UK construction, civils and infrastructure contractors with 10–100 staff who hire plant from third parties. It shows operations, commercial and finance teams what is on hire, where it is, who supplied it, and what it is costing.
The problem
Most contractors run plant hire from spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. The result:
- no clear view of which kit is on which site, and for how long;
- paying for plant that should already have been off-hired;
- supplier spend buried in PDFs and inboxes;
- operational data that's hard to report on at month-end.

What we are careful not to claim
SiteOps is being built in public and we keep the website tied to the real product boundary. The current scope is plant hire operations. Deeper live accounting integrations, enterprise SSO, annual billing options and in-app CSA signing sit outside the current launch scope.
